○      Use the amount towards a new purchase, or

○      Request a refund to youroriginal payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking).

Steps for Returning an Item:

●      Contact our Customer Service team for guidance on how to return your purchase.

●      Securely package the item and include the return address label and shipping declaration.

●      Hand the package over to the courier for shipment.

Conditions for Return or Exchange:

●      Once your returned item is received, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it. Items that show signs of
wear, have been resized or altered by someone other than Lavanya Jewellers, or are damaged, will not be eligible for return.

●      The return/refund request is only valid if the following conditions are met:

○      Customized or personalized items (including engraved products or those made to special instructions)
cannot be returned or refunded.

○      Returns must be accompanied by the original product certificate and the invoice (either original or a copy)
for verification. If the certificate is missing, the product will be sent to a lab for recertification at the customer’s expense.

○      If a discount, coupon, or promo code was applied to the original purchase, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

○      The refund amount will be determined based on a quality inspection of the returned product.

○      For exchanges, any price difference between the old and new product will be charged before dispatch.

○      In case of a product purchased at a discounted price, only the discounted value will be refunded.

By initiating a return or exchange, the customer agrees to accept the decision made by Lavanya Jewellers and waives the right to dispute the outcome. Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

Lifetime Exchange Policy:

Lavanya Jewellers offers a Lifetime Exchange on all our products. If at any point you wish to exchange or upgrade your jewelry, we will gladly assist you. The exchange terms are as follows:

●      Diamond-studded Jewelry: The diamond value will be exchanged at 90% of its current market value, while the gold
weight will be exchanged at the prevailing market rate.

●      Jewelry with other stones/materials: Only the gold content will be exchanged at the prevailing market price. No
buyback is offered for stones, except for certified diamonds.

●      Plain Gold Jewelry and Gold Coins: These will be exchanged at the current market rate of gold.

In all cases, the exchange value will be determined based on the current market prices, as assessed by Lavanya Jewellers.
